Hiệu lực của giấy chứng nhận ISO 9001 ?

Theo quy định của tổ chức chứng nhận và quy tắc về chứng nhận, chứng chỉ ISO 9001 có hiệu lực trong 3 năm.

Ví dụ: Chứng chỉ được cấp lần đầu ngày 15/08/2023 thì sẽ có giá trị tới 14/08/2026.

Tuy nhiên, trong thời gian hiệu lực của chứng chỉ, tổ chức chứng nhận sẽ tiến hành đánh giá giám sát định kỳ hằng năm. Thời gian giám sát có thể diễn ra từ 6 đến 9 tháng hoặc 12 tháng. Thời gian này tùy theo quy định của tổ chức chứng nhận hoặc thỏa thuận giữa khách hàng và tổ chức chứng nhận.

Tuy nhiên thông thường chu kỳ giám sát là 12 tháng/lần.

Trong quá trình giám sát, nếu doanh nghiệp không duy trì việc tuân thủ các yêu cầu của tiêu chuẩn thì chứng chỉ sẽ bị đình chỉ hoặc thu hồi.

Hết 3 năm theo hiệu lực giấy chứng nhận, tổ chức sẽ phải đăng ký đánh giá lại theo chu kỳ mới. Cuộc đánh giá lại được tiến hành tương tự cuộc đánh giá chứng nhận lần đầu. Chứng chỉ cấp lại có hiệu lực trong 3 năm.

Mua giấy chứng nhận ISO 9001 ở đâu ? Giấy chứng nhận ISO 9001 có mua được không?

Giấy chứng nhận ISO 9001 không phải là một sản phẩm để mua bán. ISO 9001 là một tiêu chuẩn quốc tế về quản lý chất lượng được phát triển bởi Tổ chức Tiêu chuẩn hóa Quốc tế (ISO), chỉ các tổ chức có thể được chứng nhận theo tiêu chuẩn này sau khi đã hoàn thành quá trình đánh giá và đáp ứng các yêu cầu của ISO 9001.
 
Quá trình đánh giá và chứng nhận ISO 9001 thường được thực hiện bởi các tổ chức chứng nhận độc lập và uy tín, và các tổ chức này không bán giấy chứng nhận mà chỉ cấp cho các tổ chức đã đáp ứng các yêu cầu của tiêu chuẩn ISO 9001.

Thời gian chứng nhận ISO 9001 là bao lâu?

Thời gian triển khai hoạt động chứng nhận ISO 9001 phụ thuộc vào khá nhiều yếu tố như: quy mô tổ chức; địa điểm khách hàng; phạm vi chứng nhận và tính sẵn sàng hệ thống quản lý của khách hàng.
Thời gian cấp Giấy chứng nhận ISO 9001 căn cứ vào thời gian kết thúc đánh giá chính thức và khách hàng cung cấp đủ bằng chứng khắc phục. Trung bình là từ 15-30 ngày kể từ khi đánh giá chính thức kết thúc, tuy nhiên phụ thuộc vào việc khách hàng cung cấp đủ bằng chứng.
