Frequently Asked Questions about VIETGAP certification?
Validity of the VietGAP certificate
According to Article 17 of Circular 48/2012-TT-BNNPTNT, the certificate meeting the VietGAP standard will have a maximum validity of 02 years from the date of issuance.
In case a production facility is granted a Certificate but does not register for renewal upon expiry, it may be extended for a maximum of 03 months.
